These are our Online Store Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Telephone calls to and from us may be recorded or monitored for security and training purposes. Our Head Office address is 3 Dalatho Street, Peebles, EH45 8DX, UK. We are unable to accept returns at this address, nor is it possible to collect orders from our office. Please use our contact address which can be found on our 'contact us' page. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email - you can decide whether or not you want to receive marketing e-mails by selecting / deselecting the 'newsletter' option found on your 'my account' pages.

A contract is formed between Sacha Smith ('us','we') and you ('the customer') once we despatch the goods you have ordered. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to order. Once manufacture of personalised / made to order goods has begun, the contract has been formed and it will not be possible to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement that we received your order. All orders are subject to stock availability. It is not possible to cancel an order once it is dispatched. If you change your mind about an order, you should contact us immediately and we will try our utmost to intervene before processing and dispatch. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, or if your card expires before card processing, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Deleivery is Currently via Royal Mail signed for and cost is dependant on the weight of your order. Cost for individual orders is calculated during the checkout process.

We sometimes offer free delivery on selected items. Free delivery offers only apply to UK postal addresses

Special offer order codes / vouchers remain the property of Sacha Smith, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returned items which are not in a new and unused condition may not be credited to your account. If you return the whole/part order we will not refund the delivery charge of as this part of our service to you has been provided. No refunds or exchanges can be given on personalised / made to order items unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. In the case of a fault in a personalised item, we will, on return of the original item, unused and in its original packaging, replace like for like - as far as is practicable. All returns must be authorised by us before returning.
Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Returns are at the customers own risk - we can not be held liable for non receipt of returns. To this end, we recommend you use a signed for service and ask for proof of postage. We will not accept Proof of postage as proof of receipt if an item goes missing in transit. All returns will be made at the customers own expense. We will refund return postage only for damaged items and only to a maximum shipping cost based on our own couriers prices for the returned item(s) 


Returns for customers who have paid by credit/debit card
Returns are charged at £2.50 (If you return the whole order, we will retain the delivery charge).

Faulty / defective items must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Goods will be deemed to have been received in perfect condition if failure to notify in this timescale.

All prices shown are prices in sterling.

We cannot guarentee that the images you view over the internet will be an accurate depiction of our items. We know our original digital photographs accurately depict the relevant items however, due to the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen slight variations may occur. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
